When trying to boot Windows, you receive the error:

An operating system wasn’t found. Try disconnecting any drives that don’t contain an operating system. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

It means that no operating system bootloader has been found on the current disk. So, your computer cannot find and start the Windows.
